Foods High in Potassium

You will need to get get plenty of potassium on this program. You can use the alkaBalance drops in your beverages and include these foods.

40gm pork chop (boneless) – 514 mg
1 cup cooked chopped broccoli – 458 mg
½ avocado – 436 mg
