I have been interested in alternative health modalities since I was a teenager after having worked in nursing homes and became very frightened by what I saw there. The pain and suffering these people experienced because of their sick bodies and minds made me realise I never wanted to have that experience. I became a vegetarian in my teens thinking that (at that time) this would be the best for a healthy planet and a healthy me. Little did I know what havoc this diet would contribute to my ill health in later years. I studied Naturopathy in my early twenties and realised I was far too young to deal with sick people! I have researched alternative health all my life, but I especially became interested when I found out I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome 15 years ago. Then there came a long list of different alternative healing modalities to try & get well. I have finally found a solution for this disease. Many others on this program are also becoming well from many different ailments, both physical and mental.
